Contact KaKeS By KriS to set up a cake consultation, to place an order or with any questions you may have regarding our services. Also, feel free to bring any pictures or design ideas along with you to the consultation. If you choose not to meet in person but would still like to place an order, I would be more than happy to discuss any cake design and details with you via phone or e-mail.
To ensure every order receives the time and attention it deserves, please review our ordering policy below.
• Custom orders require a minimum of 30 days notice.
• Wedding cake orders require a minimum of 90 days notice.
• Availability is limited and dates book quickly, so we recommend placing your order as soon as possible to reserve your spot.
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required when placing
any order. This confirms your order and secures your pickup
or delivery date on our calendar. Deposits are non-refundable
and non- transferrable, so please be certain before placing your order.
• The remaining balance is due at pick-up for all standard orders (excluding delivery and wedding cake orders).
• Orders with delivery must be paid 2 days prior to the event.
• Wedding cake balances must be paid no later than 7
days prior to the event.
• Short-notice orders may occasionally be accepted depending on availability but are not guaranteed.
Buttercream Kakes
1/4 Sheet - (approx. 25 servings) starting at $90
1/2 Sheet - (approx. 48 - 60 servings) starting at $165
Full Sheet - (approx. 80 - 100 servings) starting at $250
* 1/4 and 1/2 sheet cakes are two-layer cakes with filling, while
full sheet cakes are one layer. Serving sizes are approximate and
may vary depending on slice size. Detailed designs, edible
images, specialty decorations, and specialty flavors/fillings may
incur additional charges.
Specialty Kakes
Due to the unique designs and variety of specialty cakes, there is no set price for these cakes. Specialty cake prices are calculated based on size, flavors, fillings, special requests and overall designs. Contact us directly for an exact quote and/or with any questions you may have.
Wedding Kakes
Two, three and four-tier wedding cake options are available.
Wedding cake orders must be placed at least 90 days in advance. Availability is limited so we recommend booking as soon as possible to reserve your requested date.
Wedding cake pricing is based on the number of servings and overall design complexity.
Delivery and on-site setup may incur an additional fee depending on the event location.

Order Changes / Cancellations
Order Changes
Changes to orders (excluding wedding cake orders)
must be made no later than 5 weeks prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery date.
Orders placed within 35 days (5 weeks) of the event cannot be changed.
Wedding cake order changes must be made at least 60 days prior to the event date.
Cancellations
At least 7 days notice is required to cancel an order,
Deposits are non-refundable on all cancelled orders
Orders cancelled less than 7 days before pickup/delivery or no-shows are responsible for the full remaining balance.
Delivery / Travel Policy & Fees
KaKeS By KriS is pleased to deliver our delicious
baked goods within a 30 mile radius of our home
location in Fuquay-Varina, NC. Delivery is based on availability, and travel fees vary based on distance.
Delivery/Travel Fee:
$40 (up to 20 miles)
Additional distance:
$3 per mile after the first 20 miles.
Delivery fees are calculated based on round-trip
mileage, not one-way distance.
